This book is a great introduction to macros if you haven't used them before。 It's broken down into easy to use steps & fully explains how to calculate your own macros & how to adapt them。 The recipes are delicious & really show how you can continue to eat enjoyable food while achieving weight loss or muscle gain。 Excellent book!
